1. How much do I have to pay?
If you are ages 16 - 18 years the Learning Skills Council (LSC) will fully fund your training.
However if you are aged 19 - 24 years the available funding is limited and the LSC will only co-fund your training and you are expected to pay the remainder. However we do not charge the full amount due for this but simply ask for a fee to help cover your City & Guilds registration and certification fees. This is £100.00 + VAT = £115.00. This must be paid before training commences.
2. When does the Course start?
You are welcome to apply at any time as we take on new students continuously throughout the year.
3. What makes a good hairdresser?
Communication is a vital aspect of hairdressing, as you will be dealing with a cross section of people from all ages and all walks of life. A good degree of artistic and creative flair is essential, along with a lively outgoing personality. What really makes a good hairdresser, is your passion for hair and to be imaginative and develop your own career.
